Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Bentota, one of Sri Lanka’s most beloved beach destinations. Check in to your resort and relax by the Indian Ocean. Spend the evening at leisure enjoying the sunset or exploring the nearby town.
After breakfast, embark on a Madu River Boat Safari, gliding through mangrove forests and tiny islets teeming with birdlife. Visit a Cinnamon Island to witness traditional spice-making, followed by a trip to the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery, where you can learn about sea turtle conservation. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Travel along the coastal road to Galle, a UNESCO World Heritage City. Explore the magnificent Galle Dutch Fort, the charming colonial streets, and the historic Galle Lighthouse overlooking the Indian Ocean. Stroll through boutique shops and cafés before heading back to Bentota for an evening at leisure.
Early morning departure to Mirissa, where you’ll set out on a Whale Watching Cruise (seasonal: November–April). Spot blue whales, dolphins, and other marine life in their natural habitat. Later, visit the picturesque Weligama Bay and Coconut Tree Hill, one of the most photographed viewpoints on the south coast. Overnight stay in Mirissa.
After breakfast, travel to Hikkaduwa, famous for its coral reefs and lively beach scene. Enjoy snorkeling or a glass-bottom boat ride to explore the underwater world. Spend the rest of the day at leisure relaxing on the beach or enjoying water sports.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Colombo or directly to the airport for your flight home. Optionally, stop for a short Colombo City Tour, visiting Independence Square, Galle Face Green, and a few shopping centers before departure.
