Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, home to rescued elephants. Upon arrival in Kandy, enjoy a city tour covering Kandy Lake, Gem Museum, and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. In the evening, witness a traditional cultural dance show before dinner.
After breakfast, drive through scenic hill country landscapes to Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England.” Visit a Tea Plantation & Factory, and stop at Ramboda Falls for stunning photos. Upon arrival, take a city tour covering Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, and Hakgala Botanical Gardens. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Descend from the hills toward the sun-kissed beaches of Bentota. Relax by the coastline or enjoy water activities such as jet skiing and banana boating. In the afternoon, experience the tranquil Madu River Boat Safari and visit a Turtle Hatchery, where baby turtles are nurtured before being released into the sea.
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day excursion to Galle, a UNESCO World Heritage city. Explore the Galle Dutch Fort, colonial streets, and the lighthouse. Return to Bentota for an evening at leisure by the beach.
Transfer to Colombo, the bustling commercial capital. Discover the perfect mix of history and modernity with visits to Independence Square, Gangaramaya Temple, Old Parliament, and Galle Face Green. Enjoy some shopping at Odel or Crescat Boulevard before your farewell dinner.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your departure. Carry home wonderful memories of a journey filled with culture, color, and beauty.
